EveryCloset 服务条款 · Terms of Use
1. 服务内容
EveryCloset 提供衣橱管理、穿搭记录、AI 生成与个性化建议等功能。部分功能需要订阅会员或购买图像点数。
2. 自动续期订阅
- 我们提供按月、季度（3 个月）与年计的自动续期订阅，具体商品、档位与最终价格以 App 内购买页和 App Store 显示为准。
- 确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple 账户扣除。
- 除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，订阅会自动续期。
- 续期费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从你的账户扣除。
- 你可以在系统「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理订阅并关闭自动续期；删除 App 不会自动取消订阅。
- 若提供免费试用，购买订阅后未使用的试用期部分将作废。
3. 图像点数
图像点数为消耗型商品，用于 AI 平铺图、AI 试穿等功能。点数不可转让、不可兑换现金，且不随每日额度重置。已消耗的点数不予退还，法律另有规定除外。
4. 退款
所有购买由 Apple 处理，退款请求请通过 Apple 提交（reportaproblem.apple.com）。我们无法直接为你办理退款，但会在收到 Apple 的退款或撤销通知后同步调整权益。
5. 使用规范
请勿上传你无权处理的照片或内容，请勿滥用接口、绕过额度限制或干扰服务运行。我们可能对违规账号限制或终止服务。
6. 服务变更
我们可能调整或停止部分功能。若涉及已购权益的重大变更，我们会提前在 App 内说明。
7. 免责
AI 生成的穿搭、色彩与购物建议仅供参考，不构成专业意见。本 App 不接入任何天气服务：旅行计划中的气温区间由你自行选择，仅用于该次 AI 请求，其准确性取决于你的判断。
8. 联系方式
1. The service
EveryCloset provides wardrobe management, outfit logging, AI generation and personalised suggestions. Some features require a membership subscription or purchased image credits.
2. Auto-renewable subscriptions
- We offer auto-renewable subscriptions on a monthly, quarterly (3-month) and yearly basis. The exact products, tiers and final prices are those shown on the in-app purchase screen and in the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Image credits
Image credits are a consumable product used for AI flat lay, AI try-on and similar features. They are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and do not reset with daily allowances. Consumed credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple. Submit refund requests through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but we do adjust entitlements when Apple notifies us of a refund or revocation.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload photos or content you have no right to use, abuse the API, circumvent quota limits or interfere with the service. We may restrict or terminate accounts that do.
6. Changes to the service
We may change or discontinue features. If a material change affects benefits you paid for, we will explain it in the app in advance.
7. Disclaimer
AI-generated styling, colour and shopping suggestions are for reference only and are not professional advice. The app uses no weather service: the temperature range in a trip plan is chosen by you, is used only for that one AI request, and is only as accurate as your own judgement.
